Skin concerns · Fine lines

Fine lines form slowly. So does the work.

A reading looks at where lines sit and how your skin handles actives. Strength and pace are chosen to match, so nothing is rushed.

In short

Fine lines show first where skin folds most and the collagen and elastin mesh has thinned. Retinol and copper peptide work on that mesh. Strength and pace matter as much as the ingredient, so a reading sets both.

The science

What’s happening in your skin.

Under the surface sits a mesh of collagen and elastin. It gives skin its strength and its spring.

Over time, and with sun, that mesh breaks down faster than it’s rebuilt. Lines show first where skin folds most.

The ingredients that work on that mesh are strong. Introduced too fast, they irritate. So pace matters as much as strength.

Your reading

What a reading looks at.

Photos show what’s visible. Questions fill in what a camera can’t see. For fine lines, these matter most.

What to expect

Slow, on purpose.

Week 1 to 2Your skin settles in. Some products start every second night.
Week 4Recheck the same six views before anything stronger is added.
Month 3 to 6The slow work, measured against your own first reading.

Questions

About fine lines.

Why not start retinol every night?

Retinol introduced too fast irritates. Your plan starts two to three nights a week, then steps up only if your skin is comfortable.

I can’t tolerate retinol. Is there another option?

Copper peptide is the option where retinol isn’t tolerated. Vitamin C and copper peptide never share an application.
